Oak Village

Oak Village will be a 245-unit multifamily development located in Cape Coral-Fort Myers. The newly planned apartment community will provide new and exciting rental opportunities for a growing housing market. The development is slated to break ground in the next 16 months. The apartment community will be developed on 20 acres along the Cypress Parkway and will be comprised of 19 three-story buildings along with multiple resident-related amenities for its soon-to-be new tenants.

This community will be designed to provide the highest level of resident experience to fully meet and exceed resident expectations. The Amenities will include resort-style pool areas fitted with outdoor jumbotrons to view sporting events, recreation, and active gaming areas and grilling stations.
